Deere & Company Recalls 2,500 Utility Vehicles due to Gas Leak
Deere & Company has voluntarily recalled 2,500 Gator XUV utility vehicles due to concern of a fire hazard. The fuel tank can leak from a gap in the seam at the base of the filler neck posing a fire hazard. 
The recalled vehicle is model 620i and was sold nationwide from April 2008 through August 2008. The model number can be found painted on the side of the vehicle. Consumers should also check the serial number plate that can be found on the vehicle's frame in front of the passenger side rear fender. The following are serial numbers affected by the recall:
